The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 47 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 302 IPC, Police Station Khadda, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, an FIR was lodged on 8.3.2026 by the mother of the deceased with the allegation that the applicant, who is the husband of the first informant, while scuffling with the first informant over a petty household chore, snatched away the 7-month-old daughter and threw her down, which resulted in her death.
