The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 18 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Maniar, District- Ballia. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case along with two other accused. The injured is said to have received a single injury in his first medical examination that was conducted at the District Hospital, Ballia.
