The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 352, 109(1) of BNS, Police Station- Sardhana, District- Meerut. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has been assigned a specific role of causing injury to the injured Shahid, using a spade ( fawada). The injured Moin, who has received the gunshot injury, is said to have injured by the co-accused Suleman, who has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 2.4.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9727 of 2026. He further contends that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and he is in jail since 31.3.2026. 4.
