The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.701 of 2025, under Sections-191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 103(1), 115(2), 352 of BNS, and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Jait, District-Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
