Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.134 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)m BNS, 2023 and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Gohan, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per high-school certificate, the date of birth of the victim is stated to be 17.07.2008; as such, she is more than 17 years old, but the said age has been suppressed b
