Heard Sri I.K. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Navneet Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant that applicant is Lekhpal and for issuing of income certificate Rs.10,000/- was demanded. Trap team was constituted and applicant was arrested and recovery of Rs.10,000/- has been made. Recovery memo has not been prepared on the spot.
