It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant that applicant is Lekhpal and for issuing of income certificate Rs.10,000/- was demanded. Trap team was constituted and applicant was arrested and recovery of Rs.10,000/- has been made. Recovery memo has not been prepared on the spot.
