Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2026, under Sections 333, 74, 110, 351(3), 64(1), 115(2) BNS, Police Station Dhanari, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. As per the prosecution case, the applicant, who happens to be the maternal father-in-law of the victim, along with other family members, allegedly barged into the house of the victim on 02.03.2026 at about 1:00 a.m. It is alleged that the applicant assaulted the victim by hitting her on the chest, while the other accused persons outraged her modesty and attempted to strangulate her with a cloth.
