The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 368 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 3(5), 351(2), 352, 333 B.N.S., Police Station- Khoda, District- Ghazibad during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 24.8.2025 at 7.30 a.m., whereas the first information report came to be lodged on 26.8.2026, under Sections 351(2), 352, 333, 118(1) B.N.S.
