Heard Sri Bed Prakash Rai, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughna Yadav, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.185 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Kaila Devi, District Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, however, as per allegation, applicant along with co-accused Kausendra duped the informant and got executed a fake sale-deed in his favour but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 5.
