Heard Sri Ashish Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned brief holder for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.125 of 2023, under Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC, Police Station Moth, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation, applicant committed theft in the house of informant and even from his possession stolen property was recovered but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 5.
