The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 109 of 2025, under Sections 304(2), 62, 105 BNS, Police Station Raniya, District Kanpur Dehat during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 14.06.2025, whereas the first information report was lodged on 15.06.2025. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. The daughter-in- law of the informant succumbed to her injuries on 20.06.2025. The applicant was arrested in Case Crime No. 115 of 2025, under Section 109 BNS and Sections 3, 25, 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Raniya, District Kanpur Dehat and has been falsely implicated in
