The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.02 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 61(2), 115(2), B.N.S., Police Station Mujariya, District Budaun, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that as per the prosecution story, five named accused persons including the applicants are alleged to have beaten the husband of the first informant mercilessly which resulted into his death.
