The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 606 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 126(23), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Anoopshahr, District- Bulandshahr. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the other accused have been assigned a general role of assault. The reality is that the victim suffered injury due to collision with a pole. The injury sustained by the injured has not been opined dangerous to life. The Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the similarly situated co-accused viz. Amir Ansari and Wasif Ansari have been granted regular bail by this Court vide orders dated 9.4.2026 and 26.3.2026 passed in
