The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2026, under Sections 109(1) of B.N.S., and Section 5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, registered at Police Station Gunjdundwara, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 4.
