The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.181 of 2022, under Section- 302, 394, 411, 120B, 34 IPC, Police Station-Lanka, District-Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, the applicant and co- accused Aditya were arrested during investigation and on pointing out of the co-accused Aditya, blood stained brick was recovered and blood stained hammer was recovered on pointing out of the present applicant and subsequently, the jewellery was also shown to be recovered from the joint declaration of the applicant as well as the co- accused Aditya.
