The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.245 of 2023, under Sections 394, 506, 411, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/25 (1B) of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Jarifnagar, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
