Court No. - 69 HON'BLE JITENDRA KUMAR SINHA, J. 1. Heard Sri Abhishek, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri C.S. Saran, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 410 of 2020, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 3/7 of E.C. Act, registered at Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 8.3.2026. It is further submitted that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court for a limited period of 90 days or till submission of police report and the said application was dismissed on the ground
