The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.229 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 117(2) BNS, Police Station Khekada, District Baghpat. 3. Shri Jafri, Learned Senior Advocate, states that the applicant has been falsely implicated. The applicant is said to be carrying a licenced firearm, however, its use has been shown to be on the butt side, which clearly denotes no intention to kill.
