The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 523 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 115(2), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Tronica City, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is father-in-law of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter along with others. He further submits, actually marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the son of applicant and after marriage she was living along with him separately and it appears, her dispute arose with her husband and thereafter she consumed acid. 4.
