The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.77 of 2026, under Section 108 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier, on 06.02.2024, the father of the deceased lodged an FIR against the applicant registered as Case Crime No. 33 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah. In the said case, the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. had stated that she left her house on her own will. Her parents used to beat her regarding her studies.
