Heard Sri Vineet Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1) & 238 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Mahawan, District-Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the deceased left the house on 06.11.2025 but did not return. Thereafter, his dead body was recovered on 07.11.2025, and an application was given by the first informant to the police mentioning therein that his son (the deceased) was missing since 06.11.2025 but could not be traced despite best efforts. After two days of the inc
