The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.55 of 2026, under Sections 109, 3(5), 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kiratpur, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged with a delay of one day. The applicant has been assigned the role of causing head injury to the injured. However, the implication of the applicant is false due to the fact that the injured was forcing the fiancee of the applicant to marry him instead of the applicant and for this act of the injured, a complaint had also been filed on 12.03.2026 and earlier, when
