Heard Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 625 of 2025, under Section- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) BNS, Police Station-Akrabad, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR, a general allegation has been made against the applicant and six other co-accused persons for beating the deceased with lathi and danda. However, the postmortem report of the deceased shows that he sustained only one injury on the head, which could be caused by a hard and blunt object.
