The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.20 of 2026, under Sections 331(4), 317(2), 305 BNS, Police Station Dubhar, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation from the possession of the applicant stolen property was recovered but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4. He next argued, apart from the present case applicant is having criminal history of one another case but in that case he is on bail. 5. He further submits, all the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate and in the present matter, applicant is in jail since 06.03.2026 i.e. for last two months. 6.
