The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2026, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) of BNS, Police Station Chaubeypur, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation from possession of the applicant stolen cartons of liquor were recovered and when he was arrested in the present matter then even from possession of the applicant and others 30 stolen LPG cylinders were also recovered but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4.
