The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant alongwith co-accused Sharad Tyagi defrauded the informant and his mother and on the basis of forged document got executed heath insurance of the mother of the informant and misappropriated entire health insurance scheme amount of Rs.7.2 lakhs but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are false. 4.
