The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.322 of 2024, under Sections 309(4), 123, 317(2) BNS, Police Station Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation applicant along with others committed theft of the e-rickshaw of the informant and stolen e-rickshaw was also recovered from the possession of the applicant but entire allegations are false. 5.
