The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.462 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Sasni, District Hathras, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation applicant executed a sale deed as one of the partners of M/s Shaurya Builders and subsequently informant came to know that the khasra number of the alleged property has been wrongly mentioned in the sale deed and after 12 years in 2025 he lodged FIR of the present case. 5.
