The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 398 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 75, 78 B.N.S. and Section 3/4(ii)A and 11/12 POCSO Act, Police Station Campiarganj, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits,this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 3.2.2026 which has been annexed at page 15 of the paper book after considering the fact that victim in her both the statements recorded
