This is a second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the present applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23698 of 2025, Akash Verma vs. State of U.P., copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant- Akash Verma, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 5 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2), 111 (2) (B), 3 (5) of BNS and Section 66 C, 66D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station-Cyber Crime, District-Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial.
