Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatruhan Yadav, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.03 of 2026, under Sections 305(A), 331(1), 317(2) BNS, Police Station Kudarkot, District Auraiya, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person with regard to theft of silver items and during investigation applicant has been made accused and from his possession it has been shown that some stolen silver items were recovered but entire allegations made against the applicant are totally false and nothing incriminating could be recovered from his possession. 5.
