The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Loha Mandi, District Agra, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however instant matter relates to GST fraud but applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation he was made accused on the basis of information furnished by police informer and when he alongwith five others were arrested then according to the prosecution he confessed his guilt and from his possession one mobile phone and Rs. 500/- were recovered. 4.
