The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 109, 130, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(2), 110 of B.N.S. & Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, Police Station- Dadri, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been nominated in the F.I.R. along with 33 other accused persons. General role of assault has been assigned to 34 named accused and seven persons are said to have received injuries. Although on some of the injured, grievous injuries have been found, none of the injuries has been opined to
