The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.759 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 89 BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Padrauna, District- Kushinagar. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the sister of the co-accused Sunil Paswan. The allegation is of the co-accused Sunil Paswan, supposedly making a false promise of marriage to the minor daughter of the informant and establishing physical relations with her. The role assigned to the applicant is of getting an abortion done of the victim when she became pregnant with co-accused Sunil Paswan.
