Heard Sri Hari Om Sharan Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.142 of 2024, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 3(5) & 61(2) of BNS, Police Station- Rabupura, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. This is second bail application. 4. The first bail application i.e. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.42860 of 2024 was rejected on 16.02.2025 on the ground that specific allegation has been made against the applicant by the injured Ram Singh for causing injuries to him. Though in the FIR, allegation was made against 19 named person and 30 unknown persons. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that during trial, first informant, Sunil di
