The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.302 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 117(2) & 109 B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Sevrahi, District- Kushinagar. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not been assigned any specific role and only general role has been assigned to him. There are cross versions of the incident and both the sides have received injuries. The Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the similarly situated co-accused viz. Smt. Devi, Jitendra Kushwaha & Vidhya @ Vidhy
