The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2026, under Sections 281, 125 (A), 125 (B), 103 (1) Β.N.S., Police Station Adalhat, 324(4), District Mirzapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the F.I.R. allegation has been made against the applicant that while he was driving his Alto car bearing registration no. UP32HC3094, he negligently hit the scooty of the deceased and thereafter, just to save himself, he after taking U-turn ran away from the spot wherein the deceased was also trapped. Subsequently, several persons chased the applicant and the applicant, after leaving his Alto car, escaped from the spot. It
