The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.83 of 2021, under Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that one country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the applic
