Learned counsel for the applicant submits, he does not propose to file any rejoinder affidavit. 3. Heard Sri Anurag Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajeev Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 4. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.434 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Saurikh, District Kannauj, during pendency of the trial. 5. learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 6. He further argued, actually, applicant used to do job in Delhi and deceased always insisted to live with him but due to weak financial condition, he was not ab
