The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.572 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 131, 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria. 3. This Court on 30.03.2026 had directed the Learned AGA to place on record the report of the surgeon in respect to injured persons and also the reports by which the injured were referred for further examination. 4. Today, when the case has been called on, no such report has been filed by the Learned AGA. 5. Taking into account the fact that the applicant, who is continuously in jail since 05.02.2026, this Court does not propose to grant any further time to the Learned AGA and has proceeded to decide this case on merits. 6.
