The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.391 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Sihani Gate, District- Ghaziabad. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the husband of the victim. There is a matrimonial dispute under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending between the husband and the wife and it is due to this reason that the applicant has been implicated in the present case.
