This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 349 of 2014, under Sections 363, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi, during the pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the present FIR was lodged in the year 2014. Charge sheet has been submitted by the police on 10.12.2014, thereafter, learned Magistrate took cognizance on 19.04.2017. It is submitted that during investigation, the police served the notice under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and released the applicant.
