This anticipatory bail application has been moved seeking bail in Case Crime No. 144/2024 under sections -3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Jogiya Udaipur, District- Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of investigation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case by the informant due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that there is no independent eyes witness sighted by the police. Lastly, it is contended that the applicants are apprehensive of imminent arrest.
