This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0234 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 69 of B.N.S. and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, Police Station Gagalhedi, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely roped into the present criminal prosecution. It is submitted that brief facts giving rise to this application is that opposite party no. 2 is a habitual blackmailer and there are two FIR(s) has been lodged against her, which are duly explained in Annexure No. '10' to the present
