The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 234 of 2025, under Sections 333, 352, 117(2), 131, 351(3) of BNS, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Mainpuri, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 5.4.2025 lodged belatedly for the incident dated 2.4.2025. It is alleged in the FIR that the informant being mother of two children was in her house. Her husband was not there.
