The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 398 of 2022, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 336, 352, 427 and 307 IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.- Bhojipura, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has not been named in the FIR dated 09.08.2022 lodged by the police when two factions of the society entered in stone pelting on each others.
