The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.- Windhamganj, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in FIR dated 06.04.2026 lodged against six named persons.
