The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0457 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 3(5), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS, P.S.- Medical College, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the police has lodged false and frivolous FIR against the applicant on 10.11.2024 when the co-accused Mohd. Sippa and Zamir @ Zamil were arrested by the police and there was huge recovery of ATM Cards, Sim, Cheque Books and Pass books. It is alleged in the FIR that these items have been used by co-accused for committing cyber fraud. The accused applicant is named in the FIR on the basis of statem
