The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2025, under Sections 8/21/29/60 of NDPS Act, P.S.- Adarsh Mandi Shamli, District- Shamli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 13.09.2025 lodged by the police against co-accused Rizwan, who has been arrested with 75 gms. smack by the police and after his arrest he has stated the he received the narcotic drugs from co-accused Anwar.
