The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 146 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 121(1), 131, 132, 326(g), 352 BNS, P.S.Kosikalan, District Mathura during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by Lekhpal on 13.03.2026 against 10 named and other anonymous persons, wherein the accused/applicant was also named. It is alleged in the FIR that Lekhpal went to the village for the demarcation of the land to oust the encroachment when the accused/applicant not only roughed up the informant but also tried to put on fire his motorcycle.
